Technique: Double Parallel from Behind, Twisting

Technique: Double Parallel from Behind, Twisting Technique

Key Learning Points:

Hands go live.

Elbows move forward and stay close to the body.

Step slightly to the side and grasp the hand with both hands.

Place thumbs on the back of the hand.

Twist at the wrist; maintain a 90° angle at both the wrist and elbow.

Proper footwork is essential to complete the twisting throw.
